How much does the first year cost?

The Essential plan costs €469 excluding tax for the first year, that is €1 at the order and twelve monthly payments of €39, the first one paid with the order. The Visibility plan costs €949 excluding tax for the first year, that is €1 at the order then twelve monthly payments of €79. Both totals sit at the top of every quote, because consumer law requires it and because it is the only figure that lets you compare a monthly plan with a site paid in one go.

From the thirteenth month only the monthly payment continues, €39 or €79 depending on the plan, and you can cancel any month with one month's notice. There is no exit fee, no yearly renewal and no finance company between you and me. You pay the plan by direct debit, like a hosting bill, except that here the bill also covers the work on the site.

For scale, the cost of a website paid in one go usually sits between 2,000 and 6,000 euros for a showcase site built by a professional, plus hosting and website maintenance every year. Over three years the Essential plan comes to €1,405 excluding tax all included, and you keep the site if you stop.

How does cancellation work?

The commitment covers twelve monthly payments from the signature, the first one paid with the order. After that you stay free every month, and a cancellation requested by email takes effect one month later. You owe no justification and fill in no form, a message is enough.

If you leave, you leave with your site. The full export of the code and the content is handed over within 15 days, free of charge, and the domain name is already registered in your name, so it follows you without a complicated transfer. You can then host it wherever you like or hand it to another provider.

The same rule applies during the commitment. A client who wants their site back in month six receives the export the same way and simply keeps paying the remaining monthly payments until month twelve. No offer needs to hold your site hostage to work.

Who owns the domain and the code?

You own them from day one. The domain name is registered in your name, not mine, and the source code of the site is handed over with the content. That is the opposite of most website rental offers, where the site only becomes yours at the end of the commitment, when it does at all.

The price comes from how the site is built and maintained, not from a sacrifice on the design or the code.

A site designed and coded, not a template

No purchased theme, no page builder. The layout, the copy and the code are written for your business, after research on what your competitors do and on what your customers type into Google. Two clients never receive the same site.

Performance and security are measured

Before going live, every site passes a check on speed, accessibility and technical SEO, and it does not ship until the score is where it should be. A fast, clean site costs less to host and maintain, and that saving is in the price.

Automation pays the difference

Hosting, backups, monitoring and the monthly report are automated, and I have spent sixteen years building this kind of tooling. Human time goes to the design, the copy and your change requests, not to the repetitive tasks others bill you for every month.

No financing, no hidden clause

You pay €1 or €1 at the order, then a monthly plan for twelve months, with no credit company and no lease contract. The first year total sits at the top of the quote, and the domain and the code stay yours, with an export of the site within 15 days on request.

What is not included in the price?

Both plans cover a showcase website, meaning the pages that present your business, your services, your work and your contact details, with a contact form. An online shop, a booking system, a client area or a business feature is quoted separately and adds to the plan rather than replacing it.

New pages and new articles are included in Visibility, at 4 pages and 4 articles a month. In Essential an extra page gets a small quote, or a move to Visibility if you need pages regularly. Changes to existing text and images are included in both plans, within reason and within 48 working hours.

Frequently asked questions about website creation pricing

Is the website creation pricing really 1 then 39 a month?

Yes for the Essential plan, excluding tax, with a twelve month commitment. There is no extra creation fee, no launch fee and no surcharge for text and image changes. The first year total, 1,167 excluding tax, sits at the top of the quote.

Why does the Visibility plan cost only 1 at the order?

Because the content work starts after the site goes live, month after month, and the 79 a month plan covers it. At the signature you pay this amount and the first monthly payment, which validates the direct debit mandate and starts the project, and the first year total, 1,549 excluding tax, is written in black and white on the quote.

Are prices shown in euros, Swiss francs or dollars?

The amounts are the same in all three currencies, 1 then 39 a month for Essential, 1 then 79 a month for Visibility. The currency shown depends on your country, and you can change it at the top of the page. Swiss clients are invoiced by Vayalis Sàrl in Montreux, French and European clients by Vayalis in Paris.

What happens after the twelve months?

The plan continues at the same price and you can stop it any month with one month's notice. Nothing renews automatically for a year, and the price does not change without your written agreement.

Can I move from Essential to Visibility during the plan?

Yes, at any time, with a simple email. The difference is 40 a month, and the content starts the following month. In month three I send you a report of your Google positions anyway, with two local keywords you do not rank for yet, so you can decide with numbers.

Does the price include the domain name and the hosting?

Yes, hosting, the security certificate, backups and monitoring are included in both plans. The domain name is registered in your name and its yearly renewal is included as long as the plan runs.

How long does it take to put the site online?

You receive a complete first version of your site to review, with your text and your images, then we adjust together what needs adjusting. Your site is delivered in less than 48 hours after the order, and it goes live as soon as you approve it.

What exactly do the 4 pages and 4 articles a month include?

Every month I research the local keywords your customers actually type, then write 4 service or area pages and 4 articles that answer them, with the structured data and the internal links that help Google and AI assistants cite you. You approve each piece before publication for as long as you want to.
