Websites for businesses based in Orléans

Website creation in Orléans for local businesses

A website for an Orléans business is paid monthly with me, without a four figure quote, and it's designed and coded for your activity alone, with no template and no WordPress. The Essential plan costs €1 at the order and then €39 a month, with hosting, daily backups, security monitoring and your text changes delivered within 48 working hours. The Visibility plan costs €1 at the order and then €79 a month and adds four pages and four articles every month written for Google and AI search engines. I work on both banks of the Loire and in the communes of the metropolis, from Olivet to Fleury-les-Aubrais, the site is live less than 48 hours after the order, and its code belongs to you from the first day.

01

Why does an Orléans business need its own website?

Because Orléans is a city of districts separated by the Loire, and someone living in Saint-Marceau doesn't know the tradespeople of the Argonne or the Madeleine before searching for them on Google. The city had 116,357 inhabitants in 2023 according to INSEE, and the Saint-Marceau district alone gathers close to 24,000 of them according to the city, a clientele that types "plombier Orléans sud", "coiffeur Saint-Marceau" or "paysagiste Olivet" on their phone before calling. Residents of Saint-Jean-de-Braye, Saran or Ingré do the same with the name of their commune, and they pick the business whose site answers their questions.

Social media doesn't do this job, because a Facebook page almost never appears when someone looks for a service in a specific district, and because it says nothing about the communes you travel to or your lead times. Your own site describes your services, your areas and your hours in the words Google reads, and it answers visitors while you're trimming a hedge in Olivet or serving on Rue de Bourgogne. I built an affordable website offer because too many tradespeople in the Loiret gave up after an agency quote of several thousand euros, when hosting and edits can fit inside a monthly fee.

The domain name is registered in your name and the code of the site belongs to you from the order, which makes this formula a purchase paid monthly rather than a rental. If you stop, I hand over the full export of the site within fifteen days, free, even during the twelve month commitment, and you install it wherever you like. After the first year you cancel in any month with one month's notice, with no finance company and no conditional discount, and the first year total is shown at the top of every quote. My page on the website on a monthly subscription goes through these terms in detail.

02

Which districts of Orléans and which communes of the metropolis do I cover?

I work for businesses in every district the city of Orléans describes on its site, the Centre ville with Bourgogne, République, Carmes and Bannier, the Nord with the Gare, Pasteur, Saint-Vincent, Blossières, Murlins and Acacias, the Est with Barrière Saint-Marc, Argonne, Nécotin, Belneuf and the Faubourg Bourgogne, the Ouest with Châteaudun, Dunois, the Faubourg Bannier and the Madeleine, then Saint-Marceau and La Source south of the Loire. The communes of the metropolis get the same work, and an Orléans tradesperson's clients often live in Olivet, Fleury-les-Aubrais, Saint-Jean-de-Braye, Saint-Jean-de-la-Ruelle, Saran, Ingré, Saint-Jean-le-Blanc, Chécy, La Chapelle-Saint-Mesmin, Saint-Pryvé-Saint-Mesmin, Semoy or Ormes.

According to INSEE the city had 4,101 employer establishments at the end of 2024, most of them in commerce and services, the rest in construction, administration and industry. That industry matters, because the metropolis promotes pharmaceuticals, cosmetics with the Dior, Gemey and Shiseido plants, logistics and electronics on its site, and because their employees, some of them expatriates on assignment, keep the shops, garages and tradespeople around them busy. Saint-Marceau also keeps its horticultural tradition, the city notes that its gardeners and market growers still celebrate Saint Fiacre every year, which explains the number of landscapers, nurseries and garden centres south of the Loire.

Take a landscaper based in Saint-Marceau who works across the whole metropolis. His site has a home page that states his trade and his city, a page for creating gardens and terraces, a page for maintenance and pruning, a page for tree work, and one page per commune he drives to often, say Olivet, Saint-Jean-le-Blanc and Saint-Pryvé-Saint-Mesmin. Every page shows his own gardens in photos across the seasons, his lead times, a call button that stays visible on a phone, and the list of districts he covers written out in full. My page on the website for tradespeople details this structure, which answers "paysagiste Olivet" without paid advertising.

For a shop or an independent the pages change. A restaurant on Rue de Bourgogne needs a menu that reads well on a phone, exact hours, a booking link and directions from Place du Martroi. A physiotherapy practice in La Source needs a page per speciality, fees, how to book, and the nearest tram stop. I design each site from these needs, never from a template, and if your clients follow the Loire westwards, my page for businesses in Tours describes the same offer for the Indre-et-Loire.

03

How do you get found on Google in Orléans?

You get found when an Orléans resident's search, "électricien Orléans la Source", "boulangerie Dunois" or "garage Fleury-les-Aubrais", lands on a page of your site that says exactly that, backed by a Google listing that confirms the address and hours. Google shows a map of three businesses first, then the websites, and it only keeps listings in that map when a site confirms them. A Loiret tradesperson with only a listing, or only a Facebook page, leaves the spot to a competitor whose site names the commune and the service.

I look after your Google Business Profile the way I look after the site, because that's what appears in the map. It needs the right category, an exact address or service area, current hours, real photos of your jobs or your shop front, and a reply to every review, even a bad one. On the Visibility plan I update it every month, post your news there, your spring pruning slots for instance, and link each service to its page. My article on local SEO for a small business details the mistakes I see most often on listings in Orléans.

A question put to ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google's AI Overviews gets an answer built from precise pages, and the pages quoted are the ones that answer cleanly in a few sentences. For yours to be among them, the Visibility plan provides four pages and four articles every month on phrases people in the Loiret really type, chosen from volume data, with the technical markup those engines read and links between your pages. The end of month report shows your positions on those local phrases and what I'm correcting.

04

How does building your website in Orléans work?

An hour of conversation is enough to start, by video or in person if you prefer. You describe your trade, your clients, the communes you work in on both banks of the Loire, and what a visitor should do once on the site, whether that's calling, asking for a quote or booking a slot. Meanwhile I look at your Orléans competitors and the phrases they aim at, and ask for your photos, any existing text and your reviews. I then draft each page in French or English and you approve it.

I design the site, code it entirely with no prebuilt page, and send you a complete first version you read through when you have the time. Your corrections go in, then the site passes a check on speed, accessibility and technical SEO before going live. Two clients never receive the same site, and a nursery in Saint-Marceau will have nothing in common with a plumber in Saint-Jean-de-Braye, neither in structure nor in copy.

Less than 48 hours usually separate the order from going live, depending on how fast you review. Once the site is live, hosting, daily backups, monitoring and fixes run every month without you having to think about them, and your text or photo changes are published within 48 working hours of your message, sent from a garden or a job site. The report arrives at the end of the month, and the full detail of both plans stays on my pricing page.

06 The price

Why this price does not lower the quality

The price comes from how the site is built and maintained, not from a sacrifice on the design or the code.

01

A site designed and coded, not a template

No purchased theme, no page builder. The layout, the copy and the code are written for your business, after research on what your competitors do and on what your customers type into Google. Two clients never receive the same site.

02

Performance and security are measured

Before going live, every site passes a check on speed, accessibility and technical SEO, and it does not ship until the score is where it should be. A fast, clean site costs less to host and maintain, and that saving is in the price.

03

Automation pays the difference

Hosting, backups, monitoring and the monthly report are automated, and I have spent sixteen years building this kind of tooling. Human time goes to the design, the copy and your change requests, not to the repetitive tasks others bill you for every month.

04

No financing, no hidden clause

You pay €1 or €1 at the order, then a monthly plan for twelve months, with no credit company and no lease contract. The first year total sits at the top of the quote, and the domain and the code stay yours, with an export of the site within 15 days on request.

07

Frequent questions about website creation in Orléans

How much does website creation in Orléans cost?

The price depends on the plan you pick. Essential costs €1 at the order and then €39 a month, which gives €469 excluding tax in the first year, while Visibility costs €1 at the order and then €79 a month, which gives €949 excluding tax in the first year. Design, hosting, backups and edits are included, and that first year total opens every quote I send.

Can my site target both banks of the Loire and the neighbouring communes?

Yes, and in Orléans it's often necessary. I create one page per commune or district where you work regularly, Saint-Marceau, Olivet, Saint-Jean-de-Braye or Fleury-les-Aubrais, with your services and your photos on each. Google then matches your site to searches that name the place, without you having to pay for advertising.

How long does website creation in Orléans take?

Allow less than 48 hours from the order to going live, depending on how fast you read the complete first version and send me your photos. A landscaper or a shop with five to eight pages fits in that window, and same day feedback lets the site open sooner.

Who owns the website and the domain name?

You own it, with no time condition attached. The domain name is registered in your name, the code of the site belongs to you from the first day, and this formula isn't a rental. If you leave, including during the twelve month commitment, I deliver the full export within fifteen days, free, and you install it with whichever host you want.

What's the difference between Essential and Visibility for an Orléans business?

The two plans are separated by €40 a month. Essential gives you the unique site, hosted, backed up, fixed and edited on request. Visibility adds four pages and four articles every month on verified local phrases, structured data and a positions report. For an Orléans business that wants Google to bring in enquiries, Visibility is the right choice.

What happens to my subscription after the first twelve months?

After the first twelve months you stop whenever you want, with one month's notice, no fees and no finance company. By staying you keep hosting, backups, monitoring, edits and the monthly report, and by leaving you keep the site and the domain name, with the export delivered within fifteen days.
